Will Randall is the Director of Student Support Services at the International School, Nido de Aguilas in Santiago, Chile. Will oversees the effective development, delivery, evaluation, and refinement of student support services for preschool through grade 12. He oversees the EAL programs, Learning Support programs, and Counselors. While at Nido, Will created and currently manages the Accelerated English Academy, the high school Math Lab, the Learning Resource Center that provides Occupational and Speech therapy, and has expanded support services throughout the school.
Before moving to Chile with his family, Will worked as an Educational Psychologist and Learning Support teacher at the International School of Stavanger in Norway and as a School Psychologist and Response to Intervention Program Manager in the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District from 2006 until 2013. Will also worked for over six years as a classroom teacher in both the Elementary and Middle School setting. Will has presented in the US and internationally on a host of topics around student learning and student support.
In his free time, Will enjoys traveling, going on long hikes with his dog, and reading historical fiction. He is married and has three active boys.
