Chair: Ms. Nichelle Eutsler
Ms. Nichelle Eutsler has been in China since 2014, working as an educator. She has her masters in special education and is serving as the Principal of Well-being at Chengdu International School.
She is a founding member of SENIA Chengdu and currently serves as the executive board chair.

Recording Secretary: MS. Xi Yang
MS. Xi Yang currently serves as Recording Secretary in SENIA Chengdu.
She has thirteen-year-old experience in working with teenagers and families. She has a Master Degree of School Counseling in Science and K-12 School Counseling license in MO, USA. Currently she also works as one of directors of Pastoral Care and school counselor in one of International schools in Chengdu.
She is passionate working with at-risk youth and good at teen’s emotion management, crisis management, trauma-focused counseling.
Membership Secretary: Ruth Hou
Ruth Hou serves as a committed Learning Support teacher at Chengdu International School (CDIS), bringing with her 14 years of experience in the field of education. In 2019, she received specialized training in behavioral management for special needs, with a focus on autism, at Pittsburgh Behavioral Services in Pennsylvania. Currently, Ruth is actively engaged with the FIE Instrumental Enrichment Program, further enhancing her ability to meet diverse educational needs.
Ruth firmly believes that each student possesses unique potential and strengths. She is passionate about advocating for neurodiversity and fostering inclusive environments within her school and broader communities. Ruth strives to incorporate the principles of inclusion—diversity, equity, and collaboration—into both her professional practice and personal life.
Web and Social Media Secretary: Yexing Zhou
Yexing Zhou holds a Master’s degree in Education from Columbia International University and a Master’s Level certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Peking University School of Continuing Medical Education. She is the Head of the Grain of Wheat Children’s Rehabilitation Training Center and has been dedicated to frontline teaching since 2016.
