Dr. Perolli-Shehu is an experienced professional in education and child development research, teacher education and inclusive education. With six years of experience in international evaluations of education, health and social protection programs and 20 years of experience in program development and evaluation, policy analysis, strategic planning and development, project management, monitoring and evaluation (with focus on education, social welfare and health), and extensive experience in social protection systems and social services provisions, Dr. Perolli-Shehu serves as an national and international expert for programs focused on education, child protection and social services for vulnerable groups for organizations such as: EU, UNICEF, ILO, GiZ, Save the Children, Terre de Hommes, SOS Children’s Villages, HANDIKOS, and government ministries in Kosovo, Western Balkans and Middle Asia. She is also skilled in psychological assessment, individual counseling, and psychotherapy with Rational-Emotional-Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
